Our keyless entry system makes the check-in process hassle free by utilizing a unique and secure door code for each guest. Just enter your code, then enjoy sole access to this amazing property. Both homes, beachfront, playground, dock and fire pit is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. This is our personal family cottage so please treat it with respect.
Other things to note
Please remember that you are staying in a home, and not a hotel. Please treat the neighbors and space with respect. If any problem arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7
Hot Tub: The hot tub is cleaned every week. The technician may need to let himself in to the back yard area to perform the quick maintenance. He will not need to enter the house.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted at this property. This includes vaping.
Travel Insurance: consider purchasing travel insurance for cancellations and weather concerns as we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather or travel delays.
Note: Occasionally, the lake is sprayed to maintain the integrity of the water for swimmer's itch/weed control. There is a 24hr-no-swim rule after spraying. The spraying of the lake dates are unknown & out of our control.

OTHER NOTES
1️⃣ Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is before 10:00 am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in for an additional fee.
2️⃣ Parking: up to 8 vehicles can be parked at the property.
3️⃣ Getting Here: Our secluded Oasis is a bit off the beaten path but roads are paved nicely and you should have no trouble finding us. Once you are here we have a driveway gate that you may shut and lock if desired.
4️⃣ Complementary Items: We provide a starter supply of the following items: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, a dish sponge, and trash bags. We recommend that guests plan to purchase more of these items for when the initial supply runs out.
5️⃣ TVs: The Smart TVs offer the convenience of streaming your favorite shows.
6️⃣ Our home is professionally cleaned before and after each guest's stay.
7️⃣ Cell Phone Signal: Please note that while cellular signal may be inconsistent in this area, our high-speed Wi-Fi allows for seamless communication.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
West Lake is a tight knit Lake community. You will find friendly neighbors on this all sports lake. The Lake has some boat noise but is overall quiet and peaceful. This rare gem feels very secluded while being within 30 minutes of so many attractions!
