Set across two immaculate levels, this architecturally designed six-bedroom, four-bathroom home offers the ultimate in space, comfort, and modern elegance—complete with a private swimming pool, stunning open-plan interiors, and resort-style features that feel more like a boutique escape than a holiday house.
From the moment you enter, you’re greeted with high-end finishes, sleek lines, and sunlit spaces that flow seamlessly from indoors to out. The heart of the home is the beautifully appointed kitchen with a striking fluted island bench, gold tapware, premium appliances, and a walk-in pantry—perfect for creating shared meals with family and friends. The open-plan living and dining areas overlook the crystal-clear pool, framed by lush landscaping and clean architectural lines that create a calm, private oasis. A covered outdoor dining area and firepit lounge complete the picture, offering space to entertain or unwind no matter the season.
Upstairs, a second living area with plush furnishings and a feature stone fireplace provides another tranquil space to relax. Whether you're watching a movie, reading by the fire, or enjoying views of the tropical gardens, this space is ideal for downtime.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully styled and generously sized, comfortably sleeping up to 15 guests with flexibility for couples, families, or groups. With three king beds, two queen beds, and a family-friendly setup including a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) and additional single bunks, everyone has their own sanctuary. Each room is light-filled and adorned with neutral tones, plush bedding, and touches of coastal warmth. Four beautifully designed bathrooms with modern fittings and walk-in showers make mornings a breeze, even with a full house.
When you're not relaxing by the pool or enjoying the elegant interiors, head to the garage-turned-games-room for a round of table tennis or poker. There’s space to play, connect, and create memories in every corner of Villa Bianco.

Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or booking where guests are all under the age of 25.

No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.

Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.

Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.

Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.

Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
