This house is perfect for families or groups that want to enjoy beautiful Old Saybrook in a spacious, newly remodeled, three-story home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Gleaming hardwood floors and stunning kitchen with a farmhouse sink, and high end appliances. The kitchen is immaculately appointed with top-of-the line appliances and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Large deck and an outside shower are included. Water view from the master bedroom martini deck.

The space
This house is perfect for families or groups that want to enjoy beautiful Old Saybrook in a spacious, newly remodeled, three-story home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach.
From the moment the front door opens, the eye is drawn to the marble surround fireplace, transom windows, gleaming hardwood floors and stunning kitchen with soft-close cabinetry, farmhouse sink, high end appliances and quartz topped counters. The kitchen is immaculately appointed with top-of-the line appliances and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
A large laundry with a high capacity washer and dryer, a powder room and access to a large deck with a gas Weber grill complete the first floor.
On the second floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms with hardwood floors and ceiling fans. This level has a full bath with dual vanity sinks and a sitting area.
Ascend to the third floor for the master suite with abundant closet space, vaulted ceiling, balcony with views of LI Sound and a generously sized master bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, over sized soaking tub and dressing area. A third-floor martini deck off the elegant master suite provides a beautiful water view for morning coffee.

In addition to all this, there's a large finished media room on the lower level with a full bath. Watch all your favorite shows in this room on a large HDTV.
After a day outside, you can clean-up in your private outdoor shower when you return from to the highly desirable Cornfield Point Beaches, just a stroll away. Then sit on the deck in afternoon shade and fire-up dinner on the Weber gas grill.

Other things to note
There is off-street parking at the house for up to five cars. The house has WiFi.
Please note that the house has two sets of stairs leading to the bedrooms and one set to the finished basement. It is not baby/toddler friendly and it may not be the best home for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Three bedrooms are on the second floor and the master is on the third floor.
All bed linens and towels are provided. We ask that guest strip the beds prior to departure and put all sheets and towel on top of the washing machine.
