The space
Fully equipped and air conditioned apartment on the first floor located across the street from the bay in a lively and bustling fishing village. It is close to the most beautiful beaches the southwest coast of the island has to offer such as Buye Beach, El Combate and Boqueron. Just minutes away from downtown Cabo Rojo. Perfect for a quick getaway to explore the loveliest parts of the island. Just a two minute walk from Puerto Real Marina. The weekends here are lively, busy and noisy! Join in on the fun enjoying drinks, music and food with the locals to the wee hours of the morning!

Other things to note
We do not charge a cleaning fee. However, we do ask that you wash any dishes you used during your stay and you put the garbage outside when you check out. The blue garbage bins are through the gate next to the staircase going to the second floor. They may also be placed on the outside of the gate near the steps if it is trash day. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or garbage in the apartment as it will attract ants and bugs! Please help us to keep our space affordable by leaving it the way you found it!!!
On the weekends, there is potential for noise from the local bars and restaurants until 2:00am. Many of our guests join in on the fun! Otherwise, we do provide earplugs should you need them!
