Our home is fully renovated in the heart of one of Toronto's best Downtown neighbourhoods named "Little Portugal". Minutes to West Queen West (Design District), Bustling Ossington Street, and Little Italy. Great restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops literally steps from our front door. It's Toronto's hippest neighbourhood by far.
Our three bedroom home is a Victorian that's been renovated so it's open concept, contemporary, bright and airy. Rooms are big and comfortable. Modern kitchen for cooking great meals. Wood floors throughout, high ceilings and exposed brick.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, one with a single bed, and one with two single beds that can easily be pushed together for a double. All are functional with warm, stylish decor. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and is on the second floor.
Public transit is steps away on Dundas Street. Wireless throughout.
No smoking, parties or loud music please. We'd love if you'd water the plants when we're away. We want to come home to a clean, neat place.
The location is great! We can take 505 to almost everywhere visiting worthy. There is also a small grocery store just crossing the street. It is convenient if you cook for yourselves. Jodi has a big set of kitchen tools. It was very nice! The house is clean and comfortable. My parents and I really enjoyed the staying there!
We had a fantastic time staying at this home for a week. We were looking for a perfect family spot, and we found it. Our two kids each had their own room to sleep in with comfy beds. (The owners generously shared with us some baby-sitter referrals, so we even got a night out on our own). The main floor (kitchen, living room) was spacious and great for lounging. The whole family loved the location in Little Portugal! All in all, a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time here, the house is great. And in a really convenient area, near lots of trendy cafe's and shops and farmers markets, etc. Thanks for having us, hopefully we can use it again in the future.
I'm a native Toronto gal. I love my home and neighbourhood and would love to share it with you. My hubby and 2 kids and I have lots of fun in our home and 'hood--so there's lots of love in the place.
I've enjoyed Airbnb spots in SanFrancisco and Boulder Colorado and think it's genius. Best way to travel. Who needs hotels...really?
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all. Thanks!
