Located within our owner-occupied Brooklyn home, this shared-home accommodation provides a comfortable space for up to two registered guests. It features a separate entrance and outdoor space. A local bus stop is just around the corner, providing convenient subway access to Downtown Brooklyn, Barclays Center, and the rest of the city—making it a great home base for your stay.

The space
Live aquariums and houseplants add to the unique character and relaxing atmosphere of the suite. With comfortable living areas, a full kitchen, and outdoor space, it is well-suited for solo travelers or couples looking for a welcoming stay in Brooklyn.

A driveway parking space is available for most standard-sized vehicles. Guests with oversized vehicles, large SUVs, vans, or trucks should contact the host before booking, as parking space may be limited. Street parking in the area is subject to NYC alternate-side parking regulations.
