Being 2766 years old city in no joke and Rome knows it well, that’s why this wonderful city doesn’t let the moment go and updates itself on times with the rest of the world but with a little of memories behind it. In this marvelous mixture of past present and future, we would like to introduce our costumers a delightful apartment that exactly represents this ideal. In a modern area but surrounded by history, in Via di San Martino aiMonti street, at the second floor of a refined building, here’s a 110 square meters living space characterized principally by the spacious ambiences and the past-present-future mixture of the general elegance. This apartment is divided in well two spacious and cozy living rooms, one comfortable kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer, and two bedrooms (the beds are two singles one, one double and one sofa-bed for a total number of 6 people to sleep), two bathrooms (one with shower, sink, wc, bidet, the other with sink, wc) and a really prettybalcony. The furniture is quite interesting thanks to the unusual but beautiful combination of modern patterns and rustic details (the costumers will have at their disposition washing machine, dishwasher, iron, satellite TV, flat screen, internet wi fi, stereo, kettle, hair dryer , air conditioning and heating system. The guests will breathe the real traditional roman spirit thanks to the position of their residence: the famous “RioneMonti” neighborhood to which belongs most of Rome’s marvels: it is just a few steps from the “Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore” church, The “Graziani” tower and the “Capocci” one and just a few minutes by the efficient public transportations the Viminale Square, the Colosseum and so on. Don’t get stuck in time passing by, visit Rome staying with us, choose the present, enjoy the past.
Wonderful apartment! Very peaceful and quiet... and perfectly central to visit Rome. Such a typical and romantic place to stay!
The hosts are also great with the logistics (arrival/departure)!
Just perfect !
Emiliano and Maria Luisa were great hosts. Communication regarding arrival and departure were great. Can't say enough positive things about hosts. The apartment, though, is another story. Positives - location was good and air conditioning worked great. Negatives - the apartment is in disrepair. First, we had no internet for the first 3 days of our week-long stay. Owner stopped by but couldn't fix it and never contacted us again. Emiliano came to our rescue with a "web pocket" that worked out well for the rest of our stay. It only rained one morning during our stay, which was a good thing. When it rains, it also rains in the dining room. Owner told us (when she had stopped by) that the people upstairs were renovating and had no windows, hence, the water comes in. The toilet runs constantly, and when we asked the owner about it (once again the one time she stopped in), she told us to jiggle the flusher on the wall and it will stop eventually. Unfortunately, she said she can't fix it since they would have to take all of the tile down to do so. The small bathroom only had hot water for about 2 minutes (in the morning) at a time. The large bathroom had an ample water supply for all of us up until the last two days. No hot water at all in the large bathroom. We did not report this to the hosts since we did not want to inconvenience ourselves with staying at the apartment waiting for a repair person on our vacation. We were able to shower at my brother's apartment down the street. Finally, you are expected to take your own trash out. This is fine but the dumpster was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Not my idea of convenient! Needless to say, I would never stay here again!!
Splendido appartamento proprio come nelle foto. Molto comodo per visitare il centro e San Pietro . Tutto perfetto unica piccola pecca il wifi che va e viene in continuazione.
What an excellent choice! I wanted to cycle around Rome, and this was a perfect location. There was bike rental a few blocks away and being so close to the river made it easy to get around.
Emiliano met me to help me find the place, which is in an awesome location. I really enjoyed the terrace and being able to do some people watching from a bird's eye view. The neighborhood really comes alive at night, but the apartment was very quiet. I highly recommend this apartment.
my mother told me if i have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all.
Great location , OK apartment
The apartment is in a central location of Rome; in shopping area and near Campo
de Flori, which was lively. The apartment itself was fine but the master bedroom is not what I would consider "nice". The place was clean yet small. I did not get that impression from the photos. The outside deck is also not as nice as the professional pic. I really feel you are paying for the location for this apartment.
Beautiful small little apartment. Just the perfect size for what you need in Rome. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
Location, location and again location.
Only 1 min from Campo di Fiori, only 9 min from Piazza Navona.
Emiliano was very nice host and left us apartment up to 13:30.
