This beautiful, newly renovated 1-bedroom suite is located right on the sand, offering unparalleled views of the beach from the world-famous Wedge to the iconic Balboa Pier. Step outside, and you're just moments away from endless beach activities - boogie boarding, surfing, biking, or simply strolling along the boardwalk. Explore the nearby oceanfront park, savor a coffee at one of the many local cafes, or enjoy a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant.

This unit is perfect for a small family or a couple's getaway, comfortably accommodating 2 adults and up to 2 children. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the living room offers a pullout couch that converts into a double bed.

However, convenient alternatives are available nearby: the closest paid lot is just steps away, and another is located slightly over a block from the property. Limited free street parking is also available in the surrounding area, though it can be challenging to find - especially during summer months and holiday weekends when demand is high.
- Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property, per City of Newport Beach short-term rental regulations. The primary guest's age will be verified prior to check-in.
