About this listing
Superb bright apartment right in the historical center of Cadiz with wifi. The flat has been recently renovated and the building where it is dates from 1900. It is in a pedestrian street between the squares of San Antonio and San Francisco. It´s a very lively street. The local beach (la caleta) is within walking distance (15 minutes). The train and bus stations and the port are also nearby. There are plenty of tapas bars, cafes and shops nearby too.
The flat has one bedroom, a lounge, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, big fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, cooker with 4 hobs and plenty of pans, pots, bowls, plates, glasses and cuttlery). The bedroom has a double bed and an extra airbed can be put in the lounge where there is a sofa, a dining table and a colour TV. The flat has high ceilings, two balconies facing the street and an interior glass wall facing the patio so it is really bright and sunny. There is also a common roof top terrace in the building that you can use to sunbathe, eat, read, etc...
From July to September, minimum rental is 4 nights.
Please leave the flat in the same conditions you found it.
Vi hadde en liten uke i Cadiz. Leiligheten lå veldig sentralt i den gamle bydelen. Fungerte veldig bra for 2 personer.
Volveremos!!!
We had a very enjoyable stay in Marta and Ivan's apartment in Calle Sagasta. Marta was very welcoming and flexible about arrival time. The apartment is lovely, bright, well -equipped and spacious for two people. The photographs reflect the apartment very well. It is situated in the very centre of the old town within minutes of some beautiful squares Plaza St. Antonio, Plaza St. Francisco and Plaza de Mina. It is also a few seconds away from perhaps the main shopping street in the town, Calle Ancha that also has some lovely cafes. Calle Sagasta itself is a very lively street with a couple of popular bars that can be a bit noisy, especially at weekends. I thoroughly recommend the apartment and appreciate the warm welcome that we received.
We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived quite late. There was water and fruit juice in the fridge, coffee, and even a vase of fresh flowers! The flat is what is says on the advert, bright and very pretty, in a lovely old neighbourhood in the old part of Cadiz. The cooking facilities were decent, but we ate out so much.... It was a little noisy at night due to a bar down the road, but everything else was perfect. I would say, great location, lovely place to say, very friendly and helpful hosts. My husband and I really enjoyed out stay there, and it very much enhanced our experience of Cadiz - a wonderful city.
We had a wonderful stay in Marta and Ivan's apartment! It was very clean, just as it looks in the photo, and they were very welcoming. It's in a great building in a cool location in the old town (though the street is a little loud at night). We'd definitely come back. Thank you!
Ivan's apartment is delightful, clean, and exactly as described. It is centrally located and has everything you need to live comfortably for several days.
I happened to stay during carnival and it was fun to be in the center of all of the activities.
It is a close walk to everything--the coast, restaurants, shops, etc. The balcony off of the bedroom is a lovely feature as well.
Ivan was unable to welcome me, but his parents gave me a warm welcome and showed me everything I needed.
They were all very accommodating and I felt like if I needed anything, he would be there. Fortunately, I didn't have any needs at all.
