This historic Queen Anne-style home right on Kuttawa Harbor is perfect for large groups and families! Relax on the oversized porch and enjoy a coffee or an evening cocktail while overlooking the beach and Hu-B’s Marina. Centrally located near Land Between the Lakes, Grand Rivers, and Paducah, there’s so much to see and do!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property excluding access to the garage space; however, parking in front of the garage is permitted.

All guests have direct access to the beach, a 5 minute walk to Hu-B's Marina and Restaurant, community firepit on the beach, access to charcoal grill, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for the family.

Other things to note
**There are multiple areas that include steps. There is a bedroom located on the main floor, however, there are several steps as well as railing overlooking the stair well. Guests are reminded to use hand railing any time they are on the steps or balcony space in the home and reminded to use caution at all times. The balcony railing has been updated, but is placed at original height and is approximately 3.5 feet tall. There are also steps and railing from the covered parking space to the porch; steps and railing from the main porch to the upper deck; finally, steps from the front of the home to the side walk.

There is street parking available, covered parking, as well as parking in front of the garage.
