This cozy 2-bedroom house (optional 3rd bedroom available for an additional fee) sleeps up to 6 and is just one block from the lake—perfect for peaceful walks, fishing, and stunning sunsets. Enjoy fresh coffee from the nearby café and take in the charm of this friendly small town. Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked for families, couples, or business travelers. Relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Located across from Little Red Cabin.

The space
2 bedroom (1 double, 1 queen), 1 bath home with a nice backyard and all the basics. Centrally located to most everything and a coffee shop around the corner. (3rd bedroom and 1/2 bath available for an additional charge. Can sleep upto 6 with this option.)

Guest access
Front door with a keypad access. Backyard with a patio. Parking in drive way or out front. Maple Street is a one-way street accessed from Prairie Ave.

Other things to note
Please sign our guest book if you like and take the hummingbird wild flower seeds. We have a book with many local sites and resturants on the kitchen Island. Definitely take a walk down to Budd Lake (1 of the 5 in the chain of Lakes) or the coffee shop (Graffiti Corner) on State Street.

I am a Mortgage loan officer and am on several local boards including Habitat for Humanity, Martin County Historical Society and Imagine Martin. I am always excited to share my community with new people and help make it a better place. I have used Airbnb for many years and love to travel and visit new places.
