Spacious bedrooms with individual heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large backyard for outdoor fun. Centrally located near The Barn at Hatch Point for wedding guests, Portland, Augusta, and just minutes from kayak rentals on the Kennebec River. Perfect for family getaways and memorable stays in Maine!

The space
Three bedrooms upstairs. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two full size beds. Downstairs another bedroom with a king size bed and an office space. Heating and cooling available with the heat pumps with each bedroom having it's own controls. No barn access. Dedicated office space with screens and laptop docking station. The stairs are original so they are steeper than regular home staircases. Please be careful. The full bathroom is upstairs with a shower and bathtub.

Please be aware that the stairs are original in the house and are steeper than most homes. Elderly are encouraged to sleep in the downstairs bedroom.
