-Kitchen is sufficiently supplied with a full-size stove, refrigerator and microwave. Utensils, dishware, glassware, and coffee cups are provided along with a coffee maker.
-Shower essentials are provided.
-Towels and bed linens are provided.
The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival.
Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available for rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee.

There is no parking provided for the flats at Baymont. You may park at the parking deck next-door, a poinsettia for their normal daily rate or you can park in an available space at 617 or 611 Bay Esplanade.
