Other things to note
We own in Lakewood because of the beautiful and charming character of these century old homes. While we do our best to update the homes with modern amenities and details, each house does have its unique quirks. Please keep this in mind when deciding to rent our properties, and feel free to reach out during your stay so that we can help to make your visit to this beautiful city as comfortable as possible!
This property was previously a printing office. It is very industrial and not a traditional stay. The HVAC system is loud, especially when it kicks on. One of the bedrooms has a non-operable garage door. The bedroom walls do not reach all the way to the ceiling. If you're looking for privacy from the other guests during your stay, this is not the place for you.
