yannis is a great host and the little blue house and the garden are a Nice little cosy place to stay! Yannis was always reachable and helped us out with a rental car and directions! Toroni is a super nice village with a lot of beautiful nature And a great beach! Thanks so much !!!
thank you very much for your good comments and i will be very happy to host you again in beautifull toroni. All the linens that we used are new and clean very well from our washing machine , but maybe because the water in toroni is not the best all over the world , this difference was a little strange for you, about the hair of animal...? you know that i do not have animals in my house and in my garden, and you recieve my house clean and in the best condition from my parents and you say thank you and that everything is ok, my parents was near to you 24 hours to support you, if you say to them to change something in the house they will be happy to do anything for you and for your friend, but you didnt ask anything so we thought that you are satisfied for everythink. next time if you want something ask for it.
regards to lovely Germany
We have spent 6 nights in Toroni and had an amazing time. The little house covers all basic needs, the bed is comfy and the garden absolutely beautiful. It is only about a 3 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts Eleni and Dimitri are super nice people, who are very helpful. They took us to market in the next village, they provided us with little snacks (Elenis pita is fantastic) and Dimitri took me fishing, which was a lot of fun. We even had dinner together and had some delicious fish from the barbecue. Their son Yannis, who was in contact with us before our stay provided us with all the information we needed and is also a very nice guy.
Toroni in October is absolutely dead, what is really nice, when you are not into crowded places with many tourists. We were pretty much alone on the long, beautiful beach and the water is still very warm (about 20 degrees). Only a small supermarket is still open. The bars and restaurants were all closed.
If you are into hiking we can recommend you a little trip to the other side of Sithonia. It is a beautiful scenic walk on a mountain road to a little village called Sykia. Unlike Toroni, Sykias restaurants and bars are open all year and you have a beautiful view on the Athos Mountain on your way to the village. It takes you about 2h15min for the 11km, but it is really worth it! Check out the route on google maps :)
All in all...everything was perfect. Thank you!
We didn't meet Yannis himself but he gave us a lot of tips before our trip and as we were delayed, we also talked on the phone. We were welcomed by his family living next to the little blue house. :-)
The place is small and simple but clean and easy to handle. A great spot to start tours around the area and go to the beach. The beach is close and Toroni has a few supermarkets etc.
We really had a great time at Yannis' place and especially enjoyed having breakfast under the lemontree in the beautiful garden!
Thanks a lot!
Toroni is wonderfull! The house of Yannis is beautiful, it has only a small, calm road in front of it. In the next house, also rented from Yannis, there was a friendly family from Poland, it was very nice to meet these people. The garden is very cozy and neat. Before we arrived at Toroni, Yannis has send us a video how we can come to his house and this was very helpfull. In Toroni are a few very good restaurants and it has a very nice beach. We would definitely recomanded this appartement!
We stayed 9 nights in the small house and everything was great! There are three small supermarkets only few meters away, the beach is only 5 min from the house and many taverns and restaurants in Toroni. Yannis was answering all my questions before our flight and he was always very welcoming. We would definitly return and we can highly recommend staying at his place.
We spent 8 amazing days in Toroni.
Yannis and Eleni were very kindly and helpful.Great hosts!

Yannis took my boyfriend to go fishing in his boat.
