Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire retreat, including both private entrances, the interior living space, tropical garden, jacuzzi, hammocks, sun loungers, gas BBQ, and covered outdoor dining area. All rooms are private and for your use only.
You’ll have free parking on the property just steps from the entrance, and the space is completely independent from the main hacienda. We’re happy to welcome you in person and show you around the retreat when you arrive. We’re close by and available if you need anything during your stay — whether it’s a local recommendation or help with anything at the property. If you prefer a more private experience, just let us know your preference before arrival.
Other things to note
Depending on the season, you may find fresh coconuts, mangoes, starfruit, bananas, or melons growing on the property — you're welcome to enjoy what nature offers during your stay.

We’ll soon be offering optional food packages for easy arrival dinners or breakfast basics. If you’d like us to stock the fridge before you arrive, we’re happy to help — just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Generator Power Assurance - In the rare event of a power outage, our whole-house generator will keep you comfortable between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., powering the AC, water heater, jacuzzi, and all essential appliances. Since our mountain location naturally stays cool — and the AC will have already cooled the space — you’ll remain comfortable even after the generator is off for the night. We also provide battery-powered lighting inside the unit for added peace of mind.
This is a peaceful space designed for slowing down and reconnecting — with nature, with yourself, or with someone you love. We’re a couple originally from Germany, now living our dream here at Hacienda Eterna Primavera. We’d be honored to host your stay and help make it something truly memorable.
