1BD at the ♥ of Mission+Noe Valley

Apartment - Private room · Chattanooga Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States

BRAND NEW LISTING! Hence no reviews yet...you should be the first! At the precipice of all things great about SF lies a great, clean bedroom on a quiet street blocks away from top sites, restaurants and public transit to plug you into the rest of the city.

The Space

We are just one block from the J line, two blocks to the ♥ of the Mission and Noe Valley and three blocks from Dolores Park!

Most importantly, the bed and sheets are new + comfy, sheets and towels will be clean upon your arrival and we'll do our best to make sure you have a pleasant time. We're pretty easy going and we hope you are too.

I am a former gallery owner and currently am representing a few artists, more as a hobby because I believe in them. (My day job is as a Creative Producer+Director for a production company based in PHX that focuses on creating socially responsible content). Scattered around the house is art that I have collected, some of it is for sale (if you are interested, drop me a line). So there's that :)

Guest Access

You will have equal access to the room, common space and wifi. You can also you use the computer under the guest access...unless I have to take it with me for work.

Interaction with Guests

If the room is available, I am traveling. Jim, my roommate and good friend from university, will be your host. He is an architect who typically works late at the office. Depending on your schedule you may not see him. But if you are lucky, he might cook you up one of his fantastic meals and share some wine with you.

The Neighborhood

This neighborhood is the bee's knees. Close to all the good stuff (Some of my faves: Ritual Coffee, Boogaloos, Beretta, 826 Valencia, Whole Foods, Herbivore, BiRite, Dolores Park, Castro, Samovar, Four Barrel, Elbo Room, Beauty Bar, Mission Chinese). Super quiet with great access and nice neighbors. Plus, there is always parking on the street.

Getting around

The J line is literally around the corner which hooks up with everything in the city. 24th ST Bart is right down the street as well.

  • I booked this room for my business partner Mike. Andrew and his roommate Jim were outstanding hosts! I would not hesitate to book this place again. In fact, I'm looking forward to it the next time I have business in San Francisco or even if I'm just visiting for pleasure. The place is perfect and conveniently located to public transportation and the cultural fabric of the city. Andrew and Jim were FANTASTIC hosts and incredibly helpful. And their place features every amenity necessary to make anyone's stay supremely comfortable and enjoyable. I give Andrew, Jim and their place my highest recommendation. You guys rock!

Creative Producer + Director
I am pretty simple and generally happy. Certainly easy to get along with and probably kind find something that we have in common. I work as a creative producer + director of content for entertainment, education and/or persuasion. In the past I owned a gallery, worked as a journalist, got noticed for performance activism, served on the boards of community, education and arts organizations and some other stuff... I love travel and have seen a fair amount of the US and world (I think I am at 26 countries). Last year I spent half the year in Quito, Ecuador. This year I am splitting time between Phoenix (my hometown) and San Francisco (my favorite big city in the US). My passion points are didactic art, education, the future of democracy, community building, architecture, design, advertising and film.
