My place is 400m to the beach surrounded by pine trees in a quite residential area of Giruliai.
There is a children's playground for resident use only. The house accommodates 5 people. You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy bed, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).
The house benefits from a cosy terrace, which can be enjoyed on rainy evenings, as well.
