Beautiful sunny furnished room in lovely, elegantly restored Victorian townhouse in a very desirable location 6 blocks from MIT and Harvard. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT AN APARTMENT, IT IS A TOWNHOUSE.
Quiet street, 1 block to Central T. The house is in a vibrant area with lots of cool pubs, restaurants, bookstores, art galleries, grocery stores, banks, etc, but on a very quiet side street, so it offers the best of all worlds.
No kitchen or common areas, host not in residence, just a wonderful location, and perfect for those seeking privacy. This small room with a twin bed measures 10' x7' and has all amenities. 1/2 block from Mass Ave., 1 block to MBTA. Wireless internet included, cable TV in each room, free parking subject to availability. There is a large lot a block away, on the corner of Bishop Allen Drive and Prospect Street, that is free from 5pm Friday to 7am Monday, and 5pm to 7am weekdays. There is also parking available nearby at 260 and 438 Green Street. On-street meteres are free from 6pm to 8am and Saturday 6pm to Monday 8am.
Perfect for a friendly but focused professional/visiting professor/grad student. Harvard/MIT visiting professors and PhD students often stay here as well. It is a quiet environment, perfect for studying or quiet rest.

A very nice room! Quiet and comfort. Thanks!
This is really well located. There are a number of different rooms and the one I stayed in was really small. No problems getting in.
Good place in a nice location in Cambridge. Everything worked smoothly.
Keypad entry made this place super convenient
Perfect small room for a residency interview at Harvard, short walk to the T, easy access to property, quick responses with information from host. Recommended for anyone needing a quick spot in Cambridge.
Decent stay given the cheap price. I really like how its a 5-minute walk to the T. The room I stayed-in was a little small in comparison to the images shown in the listing. I would stay again if I was given a bigger room.
Overall, I had a pretty good stay at this place.
It's very convenient in every sense of the word: the location is great (if you're sticking around Cambridge) and the electronic lock system is great too. Also, the host is quite responsive as far as I found.
The only real drawbacks in the space are that it's a bit a rough around the edges. The bed I had was clean with fresh sheets (+), but it creaked and was quite wobbly (-). Also, since the place is a high-traffic AirBnB, there's a good amount of dust and it's a little musty inside (-). However, the bathrooms are nice and clean - along with clean towels (+).
I would stay here again in a pinch because of the conveniences, but it's overpriced for what you get.
It's relatively cheap, but stll for what I paid, I expected better. The place is much dirtier than expected!!!! When I walked into my room, the bed wasn't even made and the sheets had weird black spots on them. It looked like someone was in the middle of cleaning, and then just left it. The whole place is a little creepy because there's no owner present, it's all access codes, and you have no idea who owns this place. Also, there's just creepy face masks hanging from the walls, and it's just a very weird place. The bed was extremely squeaky. I would say for the level of cleanliness and overall quality, it's on the expensive side. It should've been around $60.
However, if you ae looking for just a quick stay, not staying in the actual place much and good location, this isn't a bad option. I think the worst thing is just the creepy vibe and lack of cleanliness. If it was cleaner, and the owner at least wrote something in his bio about who he is and what this place is, those would be a definite improvement. He's great about feedback and replies very promptly. I really appreciated that since I was on a huge time constraint.
It was just so small!! It has a great view but the quilt is dirty, and almost nothing in the tiny small room!!
I stayed for 3 weeks. Everything was ok to me. I knew that the room was small, but enough for my need. The price is sound compared to other possible choice in the area.
