  • The apartment in beautifully decorated and Jennifer is a great host. It was the beginning of summer when we arrived, and the apartment was warm. As soon as I mentioned it to Jennifer, she arrived the next day to (email hidden) unit -- which worked like a charm. I stayed with my elderly parents and my boyfriend, and the four of us had more than enough space, all got amazing night's sleep and we're very pleased. There's lots of great restaurants in walking distance from the house: Try Agave!

Be sure to check the House Rules -- there's a lot of them, and I didn't check them until it was too late, and felt bad that our plans couldn't accommodate all the cleaning requests.

I strongly recommend this cute, comfortable place to stay in Boulder!

  • I am adding my accolades to the many positive reviews that Jennifer has already received. The town house was every bit as lovely as described. My family and I were very comfortable and quite pleasantly surprised by how completely the place is furnished, right down to a first aid kit! I highly recommend a stay at Jennifer's town house.

  • Jennifer is an awesome pre-stay communicator. The townhouse is located about 15 blocks from all the Pearl Street madness but walking distance to a coffee shop and a Wal Mart making this a great family location. For us it was a bit too suburban in location. I could hear children playing -- which does not feel vacation-y to me. The home itself had awesome towels and super-comfy beds and everything you could need...except cable TV. I learned something this weekend: (a) "TV" on the listing literally means a TV set (b) "TV" does not mean cable, and (c) it was healthy for me to go without CNN for a long weekend. And the glass block shower with the cool rainfall showerhead reminded me of a scene out of Flashdance except I am not a good dancer and don't own a cut-up sweatshirt. All in all a very comfortable stay ideal for families!

    Response from Jennifer:

That is FULLY a Flashdance Shower. Dying laughing.

  • The town home is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to shopping and restaurants. There was some miscommunication regarding check in, but Jennifer was very nice and gracious about everything and helped resolve. The listing wasn't exactly as clean and neat as we expected, but we were flexible and made it work.

    Response from Jennifer:

My cleaners are in after every stay so I have forwarded your comments to my cleaning person. Thanks for letting me know. I also had to charge you guys for the broken toilet paper holder and installation. You'll see that reflected in the deposit return. Sorry about all the confusion. Contact me for any reason.

  • We had a great stay in Jennifer's house. We were only 2 to stay and it was absolutely luxurious (it could easily accomodate 2 couples). Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy nice living room and movie room (!), which I quite regret :) The house is located in a quiet and green neighbourhood, in a walking distance to the 29th street shopping mall and with a bus connection to the Boulder city center. Jennifer is very easy to communicate, she replied fast to all our questions. The key-less entry to the house is very convenient. Allows check-in at any time, no worries about eventual delays during your travel. I enjoyed staying in Jennifer's Guest house and I definitely recommend it!

  • Jennifer's town home in Boulder is a great spot if you're staying in town. Its a short drive (or medium-length walk) to Whole Foods and other grocery. Its a little longer (but still close) drive to Pearl Street mall area. On a run from her house I made it to and up some of the Flatirons. She's also really close to the Boulder Reservoir if you want to take a swim.

    I'd definitely stay here again.

  • Our stay at Jennifer's place was great! We had separate bedrooms and bathrooms for the kids, and the 3rd floor movie room was really neat. So much space for a reasonable price. She was a great hostess and provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

  • We had a super stay in Boulder and were delighted with the conveniences of Jennifer's home. Our kids thought the jellybeans were a super added touch! We'll definitely return and pass on a recomendation to friends.

  • Jennifer's place is beautiful and lovely. Tucked into a quiet corner in north central Boulder, it is the perfect clean and modern spot to call home when traveling. Jennifer herself was kind, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

Jennifer Egbert Real Estate at Re/Max Alliance on Walnut
I have been living in Boulder since 1991. I attended CU, snowboarded as much as possible and could not tear myself away from this gorgeous place. I run a top-producing real estate business, still snowboard, practice yoga, crossfit, see music as much as possible and MOSTLY play with my 3 year old and his dad. I've been called the "Unofficial Mayor of Boulder" for as long as I can remember. Mostly that comes out of my contacts and referrals. I love giving them out to those who are deserving. So during your stay, if you'd like the primo-real-Boulder-lifestyle-package, let me know and I'll send you my list of favorites. If you have specific needs during your stay, I can customize that list, for you.
