  • We really loved our week in Boulder and felt right at home in Jennifer's place! She was an amazing host and even met with Fred to get an overview of Boulder as a possible future home for us. The home is great and has all the amenities you would wish for a family with children (ours are 8 and 10). We would stay here without hesitation and highly recommend it to others!

  • Jennifer did an amazing job with this space! She was very prompt and helpful with all our needs! She was even very pleasant and understanding when we let her know we had a spill on the carpet. You will LOVE this place! Everything you need and beautiful as well!

  • We had such a great time at Jennifer's 'beautiful guest house.' The house is really well kept, clean and very well decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the house was a great size for spreading out and making yourself at home!
We had a great time cooking and watching movies at the house and the downstairs living room is great for game nights, which we had quite a lot! There is also great light that comes in and two bathrooms, laundry and a separate movie room!
The location is perfect for popping into town and you are very close to all shopping, grocery stores, gyms, etc.
We loved our stay and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Boulder! Thanks so much Jennifer!!!!

Next time you come, we need to hang out one night.

  • This was my first AirBnB experience to date and it was all around excellent. The listing and pictures are accurate, the apartment was clean, fully featured, and Jennifer was an outstanding host. She was incredibly accommodating in the face of an unexpected power outage. Believe me when I say she went above & beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The neighborhood is great as well, very central & close to a surprisingly diverse variety of stores, restaurants etc.
Lastly, Boulder is a greaaat city! I will definitely be visiting again.

Yay! Casmir, I am so happy that you and your friends loved Boulder.

  • The house was spacious and comfortable and Jennifer was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay.

  • This was my first experience with Airbnb. Jennifer was patient with my questions as a newcomer and communicated clearly and promptly. The town home is conveniently located to Whole Foods and the local Red Rock Coffee House, which by the way has gluten free treats. The beds were comfortable and should be noted that the one bed in the master bedroom is a king. The towels were so fluffy yet not too heavy and the master shower which is the only one I tried was perfect. The shower had perfect water pressure and the shower head is wide so it felt sort of spa like. When we go back to Boulder we will definitely stay here. Someone else mentioned that this is better than a hotel and I agree. I should also mention that we have a 6 year old and there were puzzles and games available and we noticed a high end jogging stroller for young children along with every essential you could think of in the bathroom for anyone with a baby.

  • Jennifer's home was super comfortable and clean and we greatly enjoyed our stay. She's a pleasure to work with and went out of her way with little details - like a jogging stroller! - to make sure our stay was lovely. I can't recommend her lovely home enough!

  • Jennifer's place is great for a stay in Boulder and I would definitely stay here again.

  • We had an excellent stay here as the home fit our needs perfectly. Jennifer was a great host and even arranged plenty of snow for our skiing adventure! We would definitely stay again!

  • Great, convenient place to stay. Close to downtown and super close to groceries etc. Jennifer was easily available for questions. Town house was equipped with everything you'd need. Wish we could've stayed in Boulder longer!!

I have been living in Boulder since 1991. I attended CU, snowboarded as much as possible and could not tear myself away from this gorgeous place. I run a top-producing real estate business, still snowboard, practice yoga, crossfit, see music as much as possible and MOSTLY play with my 3 year old and his dad. I've been called the "Unofficial Mayor of Boulder" for as long as I can remember. Mostly that comes out of my contacts and referrals. I love giving them out to those who are deserving. So during your stay, if you'd like the primo-real-Boulder-lifestyle-package, let me know and I'll send you my list of favorites. If you have specific needs during your stay, I can customize that list, for you.
