Welcome to our getaway on 17 acres up the Southfork of Cody, Wyoming where there are abundant deer, elk, horses, Highland cattle, astonishing views, and an occasional grizzly bear! This private home offers three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with barstools, a large bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer! It is all completely brand new!

The space
Welcome to our newly remodeled house located 14 miles up the South Fork. This is a private space you have all to yourself. As you pull up, you will be greeted with 360 degree views of the jaw dropping, incredible South Fork mountains, horses (sometimes baby horses), highland cows, and chickens.

Once you make it past the spectacular views and walk into the house, you will see the living room has two comfy couches to relax on and a 65” TV.

This house offers three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, another with a queen size bed, and a third with adorable log bunk beds. It has one bathroom with a large shower and a washer/dryer located in the closet.

You will find the kitchen has a refrigerator with a water dispenser and ice maker, a dishwasher, a gas range, pots, pans, baking sheets, and fully equipped with cooking utensils, dinnerware, and a keurig. There is an oversized kitchen island with 6 barstools to sit at, or enjoy the outdoor seating on the front patio to eat your meals and drink your coffee.
