Excellent! Would definitely love to stay there again when we are in Rome! Room was great for two people, we had a private bath! Francesco and Marco were very inviting and fgave us a great map with good places to eat! Our bed was quite comfortable and the room was very very clean. They even called a restaurant for us and made reservations. Great service!
Great stay! Daniele and his friend are always available for assistance when needed it. They have kindly extended their assistance to allow my friend and I to leave our luggage behind safely with them after check-out as our flights are late at night. Highly recommended when travelling in Rome!
This was my first stay with airbnb.com and I will have to say it was a good experience! We had a great stay in Rome and was most impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of Marco when we arrived. We took the shuttle option from the airport which they offer for an extra fee. It was well worth it! We had no hassle and Marco saved us time by getting us to the room right away. We only had 3 quick days in Rome and wanted to make the most of it and were able to do so. The description was quite accurate and I would recommend the private bathroom as it was very convenient to have your own bath. We got locked out one night, but Marco was there within 4 min to fix the problem, so it wasn't a problem at all. We had no problems with the internet, etc. The only two notes I would make is that there is a little bit of noise as you are in the midst of the city and can hear people coming and going from the rooms. If you are a light sleeper this might wake you in the night. Also, the location is closest to the Manzoni station. The Rome Termini station is a bit of a walk, especially with luggage. If you are coming or going with luggage from Rome Termini, I would recommend getting on the metro A line and get off at Manzoni. It's really easy as there is an elevator at that metro stop. Romans are use to walking a lot and it was more walking than we as Americans anticipated (5 min walk is different rate of distance in Europe), so I'd recommend using the metro line for the extra 1.50 Euro a ride. Overall, it worked well for what we needed. We felt safe and our stuff was secure. I most appreciated Marco (the staff member that helped us through our journey). Rome's amazing... I would definitely recommend seeing this great city!!
Marco was very kind and receptive. He, Daniele and Francesco were waiting for our arrival and helped us with our baggage.
They had a tourist map from Rome and Marco kindly showed us some good places to visit, to eat and go out.
The room is exactly the same as the pictures, the building is beautiful and very close of 2 metro stations. We always used the Vittorio Emanuele station and was okay to walk from there to the building at night.
Every doubt we had they answered kindly and fast. We recommend!
Our stay in Rome was amazing! The staff was amazing and very kind! =)
The place is perfectly clean and quiet. Perfect spot in the center of Rome, near every transport you may need.
The best croissants and cappucinos for breakfast ever!
Daniel was extremely prompt with his responses before my trip. The place is very convenient to get from the Termini station, you just take the metro from there, which was easy with all of our luggages and it takes us down the block from his place. There's no elevator but Daniel was already down the flight to help us carry our luggages 3 floors up! Once we settled down, he went straight to writing out routes and circling attractions, with tips and insight while answering all of our questions and even recommending us places to eat. A very sweet and helpful guy! Downstairs you get a complimentary breakfast at the restaurant with the ticket Daniel gives you. It was simple, small, and a fast good breakfast of cappuccinos and chocolate crossiant :) . We stayed for one night, but the next day, Daniel was so kind enough to hold our luggages. I just wish we knew we were suppose to leave the keys in the room cause it caused hassle and inconvenience for Daniel, but he was patient and understanding. The place is a very short walk to the Colosseum, but quite far from other sites. The room we had was orange and decent with it's own small private bathroom.
I was only in Rome for 25 hours, so I had a lot to get done. The location is really easy to find and as soon as I arrived everyone was really awesome. After showing me all the sites I had to see on a map, I was on my way. Everyone there was so helpful and offered so much insight. This was my first airbnb experience and first time in Italy. I was alone, but I felt so welcome and had an incredible time. Thank you so much! :)
