About This Listing
The flat has two bedrooms with 1 en-suite bathroom and a shower room / toilet for guests. The double guest room is comfortable and has a desk with internet. The room is off the lounge, which is spacious and accommodating. There is an HD tv in the lounge and many films and Tv series are available.
The lounge also has a number of Art Deco bits and pieces and is mainly white and wood.
The area is quiet, though there is a little noise from the main road outside. Hove Station as well as a supermarket and pubs and restaurant are 5 mins walk away. The number 7 bus can get you to Brighton Station in 5 mins and the centre of Brighton soon after that.
Its a lovely straight walk to the sea front and Hove Lawns which is where the locals hang out in summer to get away from the crowds in town.
I'm happy to be friendly and chatty but equally won't be upset if you'd prefer your privacy. Best of all I can give you the low down on all that Brighton and Hove has to offer!
I look forward to meeting you. :-)
Chris was welcoming and easy-going from the start, and full of recommendations on where to go in Brighton. The room had everything we needed, and on top of that Chris makes an epic cup of coffee!
Chris was very friendly and helpful. Our visit to Brighton and Hove was somewhat loosely planned and his recommendations were on point and allowed us to make pleasant discoveries. The room was clean and comfortable for the most, though the mattress was a bit out of shape, and it was pleasant to have access to our own washroom.
Chris was nice and welcoming, he offered us advice on what to see in Brighton. The room was cosy and clean, it met our expectations. Cannot complain about anything :) Thanks again!
Chris was very kind and welcoming, and helped me with my case. The room has a large, comfortable bed and useful furniture: a good size work table was much appreciated, and the room is light (also has blockout blind for a lazy lie-in, if needed) and looks out onto trees and sky. I enjoyed having my breakfast, looking out at the spring trees waving in the breeze.
I appreciated having my own shower room/loo. The area is peaceful and pleasant with easy convenient transport, and close to my daughter, for easy visiting.
Chris was very friendly and gave a lot of good advice on places to see and, more importantly for us, where to eat.
The room is nice - we were a bit more under the impression that the bathroom was in direct connection with the room but that was not the case - you need to go through the living room. The living room and kitchen seemed a bit.. dissorderly and there were quite a few things lying around - we had to move things in order to have breakfast by the living room dining table. But again, Chris' hospitality more than made up for it.
Thanks for the Hosting! We have a nice stay at Chris home.
