Be warned, this air bnb is extremely small. All guests are to share one small room, with multiple beds. You may only walk around the apartment between certain hours. Much like living in a dorm, quiet hours (including not using the microwave) are strictly enforced. We notified our…

Response from Tom I:
Hayley and her friends sounded like that they have not read our house rules and description of the listing "at all". They sounded like that they were expecting their own apartment.. Well, it's 6BRs sharehouse that everybody must follow some rules such as no loud music in midnight or make sure to lock the entrance door, etc. Very very common sense. The numbers of the bed and the type of bed are exactly described in the listing from the first, and the photos show exactly what the guest will get. Hayley could not lock/unlock the entrance/and other doors even after the door lock/unlock practice/instruction with our staff (unusual..) They tried to bring unauthorized visitor (unusual..) all of a sudden so one of our staff had to come back from other job site to stop that.. Hayley should not book people's apartment if she can not follow the house rule !

Tom's place is the perfect destination if you need a place to stay in NYC. The apartment was in tip-top shape and it was in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend this place to stay in the future. Thanks Tom!

Very great place and very clean. I wish check in and check out times could be a little more flexible though. Also, the visitor policy is extremely strict. My friend who is a New York native had to pay $40 to just come upstairs while we got ready. Other than that.. great time!

Very basic but very clean box of a room in a shared space. Shared with other travelers-the apt is divided into several rented spaces with multiple bathrooms and shared kitchen. Tiny signs all over remind you of the appropriate behavior. Very much like a dorm.
