This Oceanview Villa and Converted School Bus with a total of 4 bathrooms with two pools is located 3 minutes to the beach and close to downtown Rincon and Aguada. A perfect place for families or friends visiting the island. The house itself is on two levels, the main level with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a separate apartment with a 3rd full bath accessible via the spacious terrace. Additionally the Converted School bus and pool are only a 15 second walk and part of the gated property.
The space
Enjoy this large property located in Aguada and bordering Rincon, with multiple spaces to relax. You are 8-10 minutes to both downtown Rincon and Aguada and only 3 minutes to the beach. You can stay in the air conditioned house and enjoy the ocean breeze and ocean view, you can relax on the terrace by the pool or swim in the main pool. We also have another dipping pool at the converted and fully air conditioned school bus. The bus has its own small outdoor kitchenette, OUTDOOR RUSTIC open air bathroom and BBQ as well as a coffee maker.
We offer lots of parking with 6 spots available in front of the house and one by the converted bus.
The property has two refrigerators, a large fridge on the main level and a small fridge in the converted school bus. You will never run out of space for your cold drinks.
We also have lots of other activities available on our property. We offer:
- Volleyball
- Frisbee Golf
- Corn Hole
- Spike Ball
- and Ladder Toss
The area where all this is setup is next to a small Creek and surrounded by Bamboo and Palm trees for nice shaded spots to sit.
This will keep adults and children busy during your stay.
The kitchen on the main level is well equipped:
A full gas stove, large fridge, plates and silverware for 18 people, microwave, large blender, coffee maker and the outdoor gas BBQ with a side stove for your outside cooking needs.
The Converted School Bus offers:
Another small dipping pool, a small exterior kitchenette area with dishes and silverware, an outdoor gas BBQ and outdoor shower with hot water and an outdoor toilet. The only thing is that the school bus does not have internet as the signal does not reach that area well but your phone and you phones hotspot will work well.

We have fiberoptic wifi at the house (but not at the bus).
We do not offer access to laundry. We provide one bath towel per person. We do not provide beach towels or other beach accessories such as beach chairs, umbrellas etc.
The main house a smart TV. Access your own entertainment accounts on the TV please as we do not provide a dedicated Netflix, HULU or other account for the house.
The converted school bus does not have TV.
Puerto Rico can occasionally experience power and water outages. They are beyond our control. We provide a backup generator that can run from 6 pm to 7 am and will need to be turned off during the day. We also provide backup water (cool only-not heated) - we have a 400 gallon cistern that gravity feeds the house. The pressure will be significantly lower but you will have water in the house. Please, only book if you are willing to accept the above stated for the rare power and water outages that we are experiencing.
