Luminous, spacious and comfortable room located in the heart of Guadalajara's trendy Americana neighborhood. Friendly & relaxed atmosphere. Easy access to main bus lines and attractions.
The room is quiet and intimate and comes furnished with a double bed, sofa, writing desk and armoire. Natural light fills the room day-long. It can accommodate up to three people. Linens & towels are included, no need to bring yours. The bathroom is shared.
Enjoy large and convivial common areas and a fully equiped kitchen. Wind off on our outside patio or in our garden area to the sound of the fountain. Wifi internet is available thorough out the house.
The house is usually shared between Mexicans and foreign students. Both my girlfriend and I work, but remain available for anything.
A 5-minute walk leads you into Guadalajara's pink zone (la zona rosa) filled with numerous restaurants, bars, cafés and designer boutiques. A shopping center, convenience store, gym and ATM's are around the corner (not to mention several taco stands!).
The historic center is 20 minutes away or a 10-min. bus ride. We are between the main avenues of Vallarta and Hidalgo, so you can easily catch a bus at any time of the day or night and radiate through out the city.
You will of course be given your own keys to the house and your room and are free to come and go as you please, there is no curfew. This is your house for the duration of your stay.

We love to interact with our guests and show you around Guadalajara and its surroundings. We will gladly provide any assistance at every stage of your stay, before, during and after. We seek to make you the most comfortable possible and that you get the most out of your trip. Our goal is to make you discover the city as a local, and not as a tourist!

Our neighborhood is a perfect balance between animated and quiet, between traditional and trendy. One should definitately walk down Lopez Cotilla and sample one of its many excellent restaurants. A stroll on La Paz Avenue offers a great view on the unique architecture of historic mansions. At night, Chapultepec offers a range of clubs and bars for every taste.
Smoking is prohibited in the room, however you can smoke outside on either patio. We do not accept pets.
