Are you traveling to the Sundance Film Festival? Want a quiet and unique place that has a style all its own. Relax in this colorful 2 bedroom townhouse. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom. There is laundry upstairs between the bedrooms. On the main level there is a full kitchen with all the amenities, a living room, half bath and 2 car garage available. Each bedroom and the living room have their own smart t.v. ONLY 1 hour from Boulder (Dairy Arts Center)

The space
The main floor has an entrance from the garage, a full kitchen with a large island and seating as well as the living room with a large tv and a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find laundry in a closet between the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a television in it as well as a full bathroom, one bath has a deep tub and shower, the other has a large shower. Both have walk-in closets.

You have access to the whole property and garage during your stay.

Other things to note
The welcome booklet has local restaurants, grocery stores, etc in it.
The garage door remote is on the counter near the welcome booklet for your use during your stay.
There is a fan in the garage. Do not change the knob. It has to be on to heat the garage to a certain temperature during the winter as the bedrooms and pipes are above the garage. The garage door needs to be closed overnight due to this fan/it's not designed to run continuously.
