This is a very nice place to stay. Janice and John are such wonderful people and provide a clean spacious space to relax including homemade scones. Lamoille Canyon is closed now due to a fire, but we hope it will be opened soon. However, Janice gave us directions and guidance …

Response from Janice:
You put the cherry on top with that nice review for us. thanks, both of you. Pleasure, just a pleasure to have you here. We love Wheeler Peak and the campground, and Leehman (spelling?) Cave is small and lovely, great tour. Glad you made it down there. Camping at Wheeler Peak is quite high in elevation, but the hike to the Bristlecone forest is unique and inspiring. Some day we'll have to do it together, at a very slow pace, though. The elevation is high. Love, again, to you two.

Nice and cozy with a great little library to learn about the surprisingly appealing area that is Elko and its surroundings.

Response from Janice:
Thanks for your suggestion, John, about the WiFi. very good point. I'm changing passcode and using the other modem, I think, since it seems to be more reliable. I don't know why; they're both Frontier. Have to call and find out why and then change it. thanks!

Scott Thanks for the interesting review! I guess it is a somewhat eclectic collection of found objects by sons who resemble pack rats to some extent. Glad you stayed with us, glad you enjoyed the beds, too. Janice
