The space
Welcome to our newly renovated 3BR/2BA home, just 6 minutes from downtown Greenville and near Judson Mill! This spacious retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and features an open-concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy sectional, and large TV.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bath. One bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk, while the other has a twin-over-queen bunk.

Pets may be allowed only if the pet(s) has been approved by the Host. This is AFTER the guests submits or expresses to the Host their plan on how the pets will be taken care of while in the listing including pet size, age, and breed along with how often the pet will be left alone. We do require a nonrefundable pet fee in all of our units that must be paid PRIOR to check in. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companion!

There is parking located directly in front of the house as well on the back side of the house (house allows for 2 cars). We will send out a picture of where to park the day before your arrival.

Other things to note
There is a back unit that is not attached to this house. It is a completely separate building but there will be another guest on property in a different unit. The other guest will need to pull down shared driveway in order to reach the back unit, so please be conscious of this and not block the driveway.
