The entry room features a sitting area and a shuffleboard table, making it an ideal space to hang out. Upstairs lies the main living area. With 4 bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The primary bedroom offers a private escape with a king bed, TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 features two twin beds. The fourth bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle for flexible sleeping arrangements.

- This home is located in a noise-sensitive neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 7am.
- This home is about a 5-minute walk to the beach and several restaurants are located within walking distance.
- Be cautious and prepared if traveling with young children. The main stairs in the home are very steep and there is a half wall in the living room overlooking the steps. A baby gate is provided for those traveling with young children.
- Use caution and follow the good-neighbor guidelines on the rooftop deck as the home is in close proximity to the other properties in the area.
- The home has a hot tub on the rooftop (3rd level). Please note that having the hot tub on the rooftop may cause noise above the master bedroom, which is located on the second floor.
- Hot tub cleaning is scheduled every Wednesday.

- 2 parking spaces are available in the garage for guest use
- Street parking is first-come, first-serve, but please do not block the mailboxes in front of the home.
- Driveway parking is NOT permitted as it is shared between units.
