Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a full kitchen with all the amenities, a half bath and relaxing living room on the main floor. Upstairs are two main bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom, their own tv's and blackout curtains. There's a laundry upstairs between the bedrooms and a spacious 2 car garage. Only 53 minutes to Boulder (Dairy Arts Center) for the Sundance Film Festival!

The space
The main floor has an entrance from the garage, a full kitchen with a large island and seating as well as the living room with a large tv and a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find laundry in a closet between the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a television in it as well as a full bathroom, one bath has a deep tub and shower, the other has a large shower. Both have walk-in closets.

You have access to the whole townhouse and garage during your stay.

Other things to note
There is a local YMCA not far away that has hot tub, swimming pool, workout area and they allow daily passes.
The welcome booklet has local restaurants, grocery stores, etc in it.
The garage door remote is on the counter near the welcome booklet for your use during your stay.
There is a fan in the garage. Do not change the knob. It has to be on to heat the garage to a certain temperature during the winter as the bedrooms and pipes are above the garage. The garage door needs to be closed overnight due to this fan/it's not designed to run continuously.
