This is a 1-bed apartment in excellent decorative order. It's modern, clean and pleasant to be in. Everything is ready to make this a comfortable and convenient stay. There's an incoming phone line and wifi.
You'll have a great time as the property is in the heart of Fitzrovia, a very desirable part of Central London (W1T 4BL). It's a wonderful and safe neighbourhood with lots going on.
The flat is situated on an upper floor (with lift) of a secure, recently renovated, residential block.
Situated at the rear of the block, the property is quiet for sleeping. The property comprises:
Kitchen: open plan with the living room, with beechwood units, chrome fittings and terracotta floor tiles. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools. There is an electric fan assisted oven, hob, s/s extractor fan, washer-dryer, dishwasher, s/s sink, separate fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine and ample storage space.
Living room: with large new sofa pulling out to a double sofabed, table and chairs, flatscreen TV/DVD with freeview and a portable stereo. The TV unit contains our favourite DVDs. The windows are double glazed and fitted with blackout blinds.
Double bedroom: with a double bed, a double mirrored fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. There are full-length white curtains and blackout blinds. Linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided.
Bathroom: with WC, handbasin, full sized bath with power shower, bathroom cabinet, iron and ironing board.
Located in the heart of the West End, there is easy access on foot or by tube to tourist London. All Central London museums, including the British Museum, are a walk away. Warren Street, Euston Square, Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road tubes are close by. Regent’s Park, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus are within a 10-minute walk. The City is a 20 minute door-to-door tube journey.
The local area is buzzing but the flat is in a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds. There’s a huge array of bars and restaurants in the area, including in nearby Charlotte Street and neighbouring Soho. Theatreland is close by, as are numerous cinemas, comedy clubs, late night bars and clubs (none close enough to disturb the flat!)
There’s a wide choice of supermarkets in the area, including a good Sainsburys, Tescos, Marks and Spencers Food Hall and Waitrose isn’t far.
If shopping appeals, you can shop til you drop in nearby Oxford Street, Regent Street, Covent Garden, Carnaby Street, Camden Market and Bond Street. They are all a walk away.
For outside life, neighbouring Fitzroy Square is a peaceful and pleasant place to enjoy a sandwich and watch the world go by. Alternatively, it’s a 10 minute walk to Regent’s Park, a wonderful 410-acre open space offering stylish gardens with cafés, rose and wildlife gardens, a boating lake, sports facilities, an open-air theatre and zoo.

My friend and I had a really wonderful stay here during our week in London! It is lovely, clean, cozy, and very conveniently located, a short walk to the tube station, shops, and cafes and restaurants. In addition, Liz was so generous in providing much helpful information concerning our stay and was very prompt in responding to our e-mails. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

Nice Apartment. It is clean and really really central and convenience to everywhere, oxford street, warren street, euston square and so on. We never used the transportation other than walk within the days we lived there.
However, i think the privacy is not quite well because there is a workplace in the opposite building, people might look what you are doing.
Generally, i really love this apartment and Liz is helpful.

This rental was perfect for our one week stay in London. It was conviently located for public transportation and for walking to see the sights. Our flight arrived early on check in day, and the owners accomodated us by allowing us to drop off our bags before check in time. Also, a very imformative packet of information was provided on London that was helpful. Thanks again!
Liz is a responsive and very well prepared host. Prior to check-in she sent an electronic booklet with comprehensive instructions for getting to the apartment (including maps and photos) as well as an overview of the neighbourhood.
The flat is conveniently located to Warren Street, Goodge Street and Euston Square tube stations. It is well maintained and very clean. It comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and a washing machine/dryer. While linen is supplied, there are no toiletries (ie soap, shampoo etc), however these are all easily obtainable from the late night supermarkets a few minutes walk away. The internet connection is fast and reliable.
I booked the apartment for my in-laws (both mid 50s) and they were obsolutely satisfied with all things in the apartment. They said they can walk every where from the apartment. Liz was very fast and helpful to any questions i had. Definitely recommended!
Good location, convenient access to everywhere in central London. Lots of small local restaurants (Chinese, fish & Chips, Japanese, Italian, cafe, Traditional English, etc.) around plus the usual fast-food chains. The apartment is comfortable with a full functioning kitchen. The only down side with this apartment is that there is an office building immediately in front of it. We have to keep the blinds down most of the time for privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our stray.
