You will find our casita down a peaceful, private lane next to the river. It is within walking distance to Canyon Road and the downtown plaza. This newly built casita is self contained with a full kitchen, one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer. Radiant heat keeps you toasty in the winter and ceiling fans provide cool air in the summer. There is a beautiful courtyard between the casita and main house with a rock fountain.

Excellent location, quiet lane, close to the Santa Fe River and a short walk to Canyon Rd and town.

Other things to note
Parking is tight on this side of town, we cannot accommodate vehicles over 17 ft in length without prior arrangements. If your vehicle is too large, you may have to park offsite. When in doubt, please message me before booking.

I am a retired elementary school teacher and Kevin is an artist. Our home is quiet and peaceful, yet just a block from Canyon Rd and a short walk along the river to the historic downtown. One of our passions is gardening and there is a beautiful courtyard between the main house and guest house. You are invited to to relax in the courtyard with your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon glass of wine by the fire.
