Homestay Ban-Na-Teen is a homestay-style accommodation in the ‘cultural village’ of Ban Na Teen, a short distance from the sea, and near the highly popular beaches around Ao Nang, in the Krabi Province of southern Thailand. The region is a world-famous tourism destination. Away from the bustling tourist shops, you will experience our Thai village life in a way that the few visitors can. Our concept “Touch Reality Way of Villagers Life” means you will experience the reality of a living village during your stay, and get to know the friendly people of this region.
Ban Na Teen is a historic village born in old Thai Muslim tradition. The homestay families live a simple, peaceful, life, always welcoming their visitors. Under pressure from a rapidly changing world, the Ban Na Teen community have managed to maintain their culture and way of life, which they can now share with visitors from around the world. For this reason, they have opened their homes to people who want to experience this traditional life style, while learning ancient crafts, or exploring the region.
Each Homestay house is unique and is equipped differently. Please visit the House details page for details. In all cases, clean running water and fresh bedding is provided. In some cases, air-condition, TV, and WiFi connection is available. Room prices are for 2 people sharing. There are two basic types of room: in-house rooms with the host family or outside room next to the host family home. The house and garden is generally quiet, scenic, and secure.
Interaction with guests
It is preferable that you arrive with your own transport, but if you do not have any, we can also arrange a car or motorbike rental for you. You can also hire our Tuk Tuk service for special trips
We expect that after you settle in, the house and its facilities will be fully operational, but if you experience any problems or if we can help you with something you can inform your host family or stop by the community center offices
