Kilmallock House is our 300 year old home steeped in history, located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East.
Kilmallock is a rustic style farmhouse which oozes old world charm and period features, we feel privileged to be passing through!

The space
Kilmallock House is surrounded by farmland & animals with stone cut stables, outbuildings and a courtyard.
The house is split into 2 wings. We live in one side and the other wing is totally independent for our guests to enjoy.
Kilmallock House and gardens are immersed in mature trees lending itself to a secluded & tranquil retreat.
There is a south west facing sun terrace with a BBQ area outside the Airbnb space for guests (a small BBQ is available to use, stored in your pantry).
We have 3 hens in the orchard. Guests can avail of fresh eggs daily, if desired.

Guest access
Guests have independent access ( with own separate entrance ) to:
2 large spacious bedrooms -
Bedroom 1 has 1 King size bed & bedroom 2 has 2 King size beds
(all 3 beds are 5 foot - King Size beds in Europe/Queen size in the U.S),
1.5 bathrooms,
a spacious T.V./sitting room,
a spacious kitchen & pantry.
This space is not shared, it is for your booking only ( whether it is 1 person or 6 people in the booking, we host 1 group at a time ).
Please see 'Other things to note' re stairs.

Kilmallock House may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility due to stairs.

Tiggy, our lovely dog is extremely friendly and loves to play with children.
If your child is afraid of dogs our place unfortunately will not be suitable as Tiggy runs freely around the grounds.

Our horses usually stay with us at Kilmallock but this is not guaranteed.

Hi, We are Michael and Louise, living the good life in the sunny South East! We are open & friendly and love travelling/meeting people from all over the world. We have finished renovating our home which dates back to 1714, originally built by French Huguenots so there is lots of history here! We are grateful to be living in this lovely old place & its beautiful surroundings with our dogs, horses & hens.
