Stayed for a trade show held at EXCEL center. The flat was Very convenient. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions and gave us some great suggestions on the area and restaurants.
Great apartment in a nice, calm hood. The balcony is great and has a beautiful view. Kevin is most helpful and we had a very nice stay.
Kevin was an awesome host. He was very quick to respond to questions and provided great tips on where to eat, transportation and tourist attractions. Met us at the apartment and went through how to use all amenities. The apartment was exactly as seen in the photos, clean, very nicely decorated, and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had all that was needed. Comfortable living room and an awesome outdoor space. He also gave us access to a parking stall. Surrounding area has grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Nice place to walk or run. Planes start flying at 7am on weekdays so it gets you up and going early. Once they stop it is a very quiet and peaceful apartment. Highly recommend Kevin’s place.

Kevin is friendly and was very easy to contact. He met us when we arrived and went over everything we needed. The place was as described. It was the perfect location for a conference at the Excel.
Great flat near the ExCel, perfect base of operations for my coworker and I while we attended a conference there, but also so close to mass transit that it was perfect when we ventured into Central London for sightseeing. Would book it again in heartbeat.
I really enjoyed my stay in Kevin's flat. The location was perfect for Excel and close to a couple of DLR station. The flat is in very good condition with a great kitchen and lounge area leading onto a balcony with fantastic views. Will stay again next time I visit London!
