We loved our stay here. Comfortably slept 4 adults and able to sleep more if needed. House was very clean and Emma clearly makes an effort for her guests to enjoy the stay. If we're ever in Launceston again we'll be staying here!!
The house was very clean and presentable. A good size and recently renovated. Only minutes to the city by car but on the outskirts of town it seemed, close to an industrial area.
Emma was a great host. Flexible and dedicated to making our stay comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay in Emma's house. She is a lovely host, sharing her tips and information about Launrceston. The location is great, very central. The accommodation has everything you could need, very clean and comfortable. An excellent choice for those travelling with small children or for those just wanting a bit of extra space and independence. Highly recommend this gem, would definitely choose to stay there again.
Great little cottage - very clean and tastefully renovated. We stayed here while visiting family in town - and was a great place to come back to. Emma was very accomodating of our late check out. We would stay here again and reccomend others do the same.
We had a family wedding near Launceston, Tasmania so found Emma's house very convenient.
It was great to have so much space!
Having McDonald's just down the road meant I could use the free Internet there and upload wedding photos straight away.
We have used airbnb.com all around Europe and would not hesitate to use it whenever we travel.
Emma's place is neat, clean, and cosy. Launceston as a town has an element of peacefulness, so does Emma's place.
A short walk takes you to the bay. You might think the location is not very close to the city centre. But when travelling you will either be driving or are fond of walking.
We had a short encounter with Emma and found her very friendly. Her cat was recovering from an injury acquired when a guest's dog became non- friendly to her.
I certainly recommend Emma's place. But if you are taking your pets, please do not leave them unsupervised...
Emma's house is perfect for large groups or family. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
The accommodation is very good. Renovated to a very good standard. Ideal for a family or two. It is well located within walking distance to cafes and restaurants.
Emma was lovely, the house, spacious and conveniently located. When we arrived the place unfortunately hadn't been cleaned but after notifying Emma, she organised a cleaner, new sheets and towels and made us comfortable. It was quite inconvenient from a timing perspective as we checked in quite late and had a dinner to get to but understand that these things happen! Thanks to Emma for resolving so quickly. In the end, we did enjoy our stay.
We loved this place! It was perfect in every way. Clean, modern with all the basics included. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was fantastic and the whole place was very inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again if ever in Launceston.
