About this listing
One bedroom apartment with living room views of SF. The ferry to SF is across the street. Amazing restaurants with tons of options. Great hiking, running, and riding trails. All within walking distance. Too much to list here so see our guide below!
You can see the '72s doing time trials during the first week of America's Cup (center of screen above tree line and look left)
The view and location are one of a kind. If you've never experienced Sausalito it is a must....see why so many people call Marin home as it is a short distance to SF with the best Bay Area views. Sausalito is often compared to the Italian & French Rivieras and shows in who our primary tourist are.
**This is a residence that we live in when in town. It is in the heart of town with tourist everywhere during the day. It is not a vacation home. It has charm and is not a brand spanking new place. If you are looking for a hotel clean experience and/or amenities then please book one of the local hotels. They are top shelf (Cavallo Point Lodge is our favorite). Otherwise we very much look forward to hosting you!

The ferry to SF is literally across the street and other public transit options practically downstairs at your doorstep. Bike rentals down the street. Stand Up Paddleboards & kayak rentals down the street.
Lots of paid parking lot options if you have a car. The further north lots you park in the cheaper they get. Also if nighttime you can park in the neighborhood or at meters (read the posted signs if you do this).
