My charming 2 bed apartment is in a great location in the historical centre of Malaga, just a two minute walk to the Plaza De La Merced, local fruit and veg markets, museums, bars, shops and restaurants.
There are 2 bedrooms one double and one single. The double is large bright and airy and faces the street. The single is quite small and only suitable for one person. There is a sofa bed and a 3 person sofa in the large living area. The sofa bed can be used for 2 people and the couch an additional one.
There is a terrace area which catches the sun during the day. There is a table and chairs for 2 on the balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the sun.
There are full cooking and laundry facilities.
The neighbourhood is very central, there are lots of really nice local Spanish bars and coffee shops where you can enjoy a cafe con leche in the morning amongst the locals or in 2 minutes you are in Plaza La Merced, which has something for everyone, both options ensure a good start to the day!
Malaga is a great City; 30 minutes from the airport with regular public transport links it's perfect for a weekend visit if you only have a few days.
For those wanting to explore a little further, Malaga is a great city for cycling. I have also connected up with a few local tour operators and can arrange mountain bike excursions into the close by national park and hiking trips, there is some incredible scenery to be seen and biking is a great way to see
Wifi is included and is 20mb so (website hidden) is available throughout the apartment. There is a TV with 100 channels in Spanish and English.
Please note I do not meet clients at the apartment but they can access keys 24 hours from the coded Keybox outside
Parking incurs a service charge of 4 euro per night payable to the host when you leave.
There is an extra charge of 15 euro for 1 night stays
Noise after 10pm is not permitted and complaints from neighbours will be taken seriously. Therefore this apartment is not suitable if you intend to party or have late nights.
Day trips can also be organised to Marbella, Ronda and Nerja.

The Supermarket is on Calle Victoria and open from 9am - 8.30pm. It stocks most foods and beverages. Iris 100m from the apartment. Left out the building door and left on to calle Victoria. The supermarket (Dia) is across the street in 50m.

Parking has to be reserved when booking to guarantee a space.
A sofa bed has been added since April 2014.
The apartment can accommodate six but it will be quite tight!
There is a cot in the apartment for infants.
Breakfast is not supplied but is available from the many local cafes from 2.50 for coffee,juice and sandwich.
Wifi is included and free.
There is a 2 ring hob microwave fridge freezer and kettle available for use.
The oven is not included.
There is a washing machine available for 3 euro which includes detergent.
There is no standard heating or air con. There is a fan and a heater is available at 3 euro per day in the winter.
Bed linen and towels are included. Bathroom products are not.

Check in is available 24 hours by accessing the keys from the coded key box. If you require assisted check in there is a charge of 10 euro before 8pm and 20 euro after 8pm.
