Small studio/efficiency with nice outdoor patio. Great for couples, solo, or business travelers. Super comfortable bed; kitchenette. Safe, cozy space in a great location.

Space is ~300SF inside; ~150SF patio.

Please note: if you are very noise sensitive, this is probably not the space for you - see detailed description for why. Basically: the place is great, but if you're seeking monastic levels of quietude, we recommend looking elsewhere (and skipping Venice entirely, to be honest!)
