Hands down and without a doubt, the best airbnb experience I've had since joining this service. Communication was quick, efficient, and to the point. Adam was even able to adjust my stay for my as my shifts fluctuated and we were able to coordinate so the entire process went smoothly. Their beautiful and welcoming home was just amazing to be in. The room was beyond perfect and the mattress was so comfortable that I even asked Adam where he bought it and bought one for myself at home! If every airbnb host was like Adam and Phoebe, then I firmly believe that the world would be a better place.
Adam was a perfect host, and offered great suggestions for making the most of Providence. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is an easy walking distance to Brown University. Thanks for a terrific stay!
Adam has a great property and is an amazing host. The room was as described, comfy bed and with lots of natural light. Bathroom is cleaned and equipped with anything one would need. Seriously a great experience with a great detailed oriented host. We will be back there anytime!
Adam was out of town during our visit, but he was very communicative and his lovely fiance Pheobe welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to have a great stay. The room is exactly as photographed (and has lots of windows!), with nice flourishes including water bottles and granola bars by the bed and local publications.. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, but also close walking distance to restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend for consistent hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort for anyone visiting Providence.
We had a very enjoyable experience staying in the clean and spacious room provided in Adam's home. The street is quiet and was a great resting place during our long weekend getting to know Providence.
The neighborhood is very close to the academic centers of Brown and RISD and just up the hill from downtown Providence. It also is a good starting point for day trips to Narragansett, Newport and Horse Neck, all of which can be reached in under one hour.
Highly recommended for future trips to the city!
BOth Adam and Phoebe were great and live in a nice location. They were very forthcoming about good restaurants, a passion we both enjoy. Bed comfy, everything clean.

About the Host, Adam
Originally from New Jersey, but Providence has been my wonderful home for eight years. I moved here to take a position as a professor at a local university, and I never plan to leave! Since I know Providence and Rhode Island very well, I would be happy to introduce you to the many wonderful things this city and state have to offer, including exceptional restaurants, exciting entertainment, beautiful beaches, state parks, and historic tourist attractions.
