It's also accessible to Station 2 where you can find a wide array of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, water activity (diving, parasailing etc.) booking centers & many more! You'll also love the finest quality of powdery, white sand on this part of the beach. Reasonable price to enjoy your vacation in world-famous Boracay beach!

The space
You'll love this place because of its excellent beachfront location, literally just a stone's throw away from the beach. It also provides you the convenience of being near to open-area type of small shopping stalls and also to Boracay's Station 2 where majority of the daytime and nightlife activities occur like shopping, dining, clubbing and booking of other water activities, such as diving, snorkeling, jet ski, parasailing, etc. are easily booked and done. The sand on this part of the beach is of the finest quality — flour-like white sand quality.

This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (you can bring up to 2 kids, 11 years old & below only). You'll also find accommodating & friendly staff to assist you. Reasonable price to enjoy your vacation in perfect location of world-famous Boracay beach!!!

Astoria is now strictly enforcing their rule regarding our membership usage for our guests. Moving forward, we can only accept bookings with the following "SPECIFIC SCHEDULED DAYS" only:

> Sunday to Sunday - 1 week / 7 nights
> Thursday to Thursday - 1 week / 7 nights
> Sunday to Thursday - 4 nights
> Thursday to Sunday - 3 nights

**REQUIREMENTS NEEDED BEFORE BOOKING A RESERVATION:

> Full Names of Guests
> Age of each Guest
> Mobile number of each guest
> Copy of flight Itinerary must be via Caticlan only

- Upon confirmation of the booking, we will provide you a Letter of Authorization together with our signed Booking Confirmation for you to present upon your check-in.
- Minimum of 3 nights booking.
- Breakfast and round trip transfers are NOT included.
- Bathtubs are NOT guaranteed in bathrooms. Depends upon room availability & you will only be informed upon your check-in to Astoria Boracay.
- Our room membership entitlement can only accommodate up to 2 adults & 2 kids (11 years old & below, bed-sharing with parents).
- A Security Deposit of P1,000 per night to cover incidental charges. This is to be settled to Astoria Boracay directly upon your check-in which is refundable upon check-out should you not consume anything or if there's no incidental charges.
- 5 mins walk to "D'mall" (hosts myriad of shopping stalls for locals & tourists)
- walking distance to Boracay stations 2 and 3.
