The flat is near The River Thames, just 150metres from the Tower of London and is surrounded by some of the capital’s most famous sights – including the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Other sites include St Paul's Cathedral, Tate Modern, Globe Theatre, South Bank Arts centre, 'The Gherkin'. It is a fantastic base for exploring the Capital and all the major attractions.
Shakespeare's Globe Theatre is most definitely worth visiting and a trip to the West End, which is a most for the varied productions that are on all year round.
The flat is 150 meters from the Tower of London with Tower Bridge just slightly further away.
The flat is within easy reach of the river, and with Fenchurch and Tower Hill stations less than 2 minutes walk away, access to the rest of the city couldn't be easier. The flat also has excellent connections to rail and Tower Gateway Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station, which provides a convenient link to Canary Wharf and London City airport.
The flat is also on major bus routes including the Heritage No.15 tourist route from the Tower of London to Trafalgar Square and London river buses and cruises departs from the Tower pier next to the Tower of London, for further travel through the City of London.
Other attractions in the area include the museum ship HMS Belfast, the Design Museum and the Monument - Christopher Wren's memorial to the Great Fire of London, all of which are less than a twenty-minute walk from the Tower Pier. You can also try walking to Sir Francis Drake's ship the Golden Hinde, the Millennium Bridge and St Paul's Cathedral from the flat.
There are many pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the flat, including French, British, Asian, Indian and American Bodean's BBQ.
The more expensive restaurants are located close to Tower Bridge and 'the Eyeball' the Mayoral building along the South Bank of the river towards Tate Modern.
More cafes, shops, restaurants and a larger supermarket (Waitrose) are located in St Katherine's Docks - a small marina.
Katherine's Docks is a short walk from Tower Bridge.
The flat is located on a street named after Samuel Pepys, the London Diarist. It is said that Samuel Pepys watched the Fire of London from the tower of the All Hallows Church in 1666. All Hallows Church, which is only 3mins walk from the flat, is the oldest church in the City of London dating back to the 7th Century and where William Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania, was baptised in 1664, and John Quincy Adams, 6th President of the US, married in 1797.
The flat has two private balconies with direct views of the Gherkin and a view towards the direction of the river. The building has a daytime porter, Lift/Elevators. There is a folder away bed, (the flat can Sleep 3).
The amenities in the flat include washer/dryer; dishwasher, UK Kind sized bed (5'6' wide), efficient kitchen, and large bathroom with shower/tub. Towels are provided.

THE ENTIRE FLAT.
The flat is located in the former historic core of London and is a short walk to some of the capital’s most famous tourist attractions such as the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, St Pauls Cathedral, the Tate Gallery, to name just a few.
There are some very nice restaurants located within few minutes from the flat and Tower Bridge and the South Bank of the Thames.
The Tate and the Thames and Borough Market are short walking distance away from the flat. There are a number of excellent supermarkets, Pubs, and cafes within walking distance and excellent food market such as Borough market for more specialist options.
London theatre district is few tube or bus stops away or easy to get to by taxi. There are plenty of places near the theatres for pre theatre meal.
The location is also an excellent location for working in the City.

This is our second time staying at this property. This alone tells the story of our impression of Anthony, the flat, and the surrounding. The flat was clean and there was even the cleaning service during our 2-week stay.
Excellent flat in a great London neighborhood. One block from Tower Hill tube station and two blocks from London Tower. Flat was very clean and tidy, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Had a stunning time in Anthony's flat. He said very late for our arrival and made us feel right at home despite the late hour.
Anthony was very responsive. The flat was very clean and spacious. Location was midway to a lot of historical destinations and also nightlife. Unreliable wifi.

Anthony was super attentive, great details were given prior to our arrival making it very smooth. Anthony's suggestions of places to eat & visit we're great. The apartment was clean with all the amenities. The location was very convenient to transport. Overall a fantastic stay.
Had a very nice stay at Anthony's Flat at 1 Pepys St., Anthony is a very gracious host and the apartment is comfortable and well located, our second stay here and will hopefully stay again in the near future.
