My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, Ruoff Music Center and the airport. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We can accommodate a child on a mattress on floor. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Fast Wifi. Roku in living room. Smart TV in bedroom.

The space
Our place is an attached in laws quarters. It has its own entrance. We live in the attached home. This space is totally private and independent from our home. There is a kitchenette with sink, microwave, dorm size fridge, silverware, plates, cups bowls etc. available for your use. There is no stove or oven. We do have a hot plate and pots/pans if you would desire them. There are two smart TV's. We do not provide any streaming services. You will need to log in to your own services should you want to watch TV.

Guest access
Our guests will have street parking right in front of unit, and a private entrance. You will have your own code to enter the space. No key is required. There is a camera on the front porch. We do have a hot tub that guests can take advantage of. It is outside yet open year round. It is outside our living room but we will try to give as much privacy as possible. Guests will need to walk around house to get to the hot tub so bring a robe and slippers if it's cold! We provide beach towels.

Other things to note
Many guests book thinking our place is just a room. This is your own place. You have your own entrance and it is totally private. We often never even see guests. This is a one bedroom apartment, not a room.

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood is a quiet family friendly place. We are on a cul de sac so no traffic. We are 5 minutes from Interstate 70 access. We are 20-25 minutes to just about anywhere in Indianapolis! Very easy to get to Ruoff Music Center in about 20-25 minutes. Stay here for your summer concerts!
