Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lake Cumberland can be quiet, sunny, and relaxing. Our house is spacious and recently furnished with many beautiful and comfortable pieces. The rear decks offer sun or shade as the rear view is outstanding.
This is a no pet/ no smoking home but some small dogs may be permitted based on breed and weight, if accompanied by a $100 pet fee (additional cleaning necessary to be considerate of guests with allergens etc).
The space
Our house is spacious and recently furnished with many beautiful and comfortable pieces. The rear decks offer sun or shade as the rear view is outstanding. We have very comfortable seating on both levels, fans, tables, etc. There are many birds including two young Eagles that nest nearby and cross over frequently. The neighbors are older and very quiet, they will appreciate our discretion with reasonable levels of volume on our speakers.
The beds are all highest quality with brand new foundations/linens as the house make for a good night's rest, which is what we all need!

The living rooms' (there are two upper and lower) have not been tested as they have been only used ONE TIME for test....I am still uncertain..
There is a nice outdoor firepit but please exercise careful decisions about WIND...this house sits on a tall cliff overlooking the lake and received a great deal of wind. The nearest fire station is 10 long rural road mile away and we are fearful of flying embers for our house and for all the neighbor houses that are older construction with wood exteriors. The firescreen would need to be used at all times and fire needs to be kept very low and controlled please.
Other things to note
The primary bedroom on the main floor is the only king size bed, and this bedroom has a large en suite full bathroom with a large shower...also a jetted tub however the tub is inactive at this time due a mechanical problem which we hope to resolve later this year!
