The setting is part of what makes this home so special. The Southern Belle sits on Smith Creek Reserve’s premier lot, originally reserved for the developer and specifically selected for the best mountain views in the community. With our background in luxury, we designed The Southern Belle to be every bit as exceptional as its setting, creating a retreat where elevated design, incredible amenities, and unforgettable views come together.
This is a place where mornings overlooking the mountains turn into afternoons in the pool, movie marathons, game tournaments, sunset dinners, and late nights in the hot tub.

Your stay includes complimentary access to Smith Creek Reserve’s nearby resort amenities, including heated outdoor pools and a lazy river, splash pads and family friendly water features, pickleball courts, mini golf, and seasonal outdoor movie nights.
Guest Access & Privacy
The entire cabin and its amenities are exclusively yours during your stay, with a private entrance and seamless self check in. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but we are always happy to help through the Airbnb messaging platform should you need anything.
Traveling With Dogs
Dogs are welcome with prior approval and an applicable pet fee. To help us keep The Southern Belle beautiful for every guest, we ask that pets remain off furniture, be crated when left unattended, and be supervised outdoors. No cats or other animals are permitted.
Guest access
As our guest, you will have private and exclusive access to the entire cabin and all its amenities. Your access is secured with a private entrance.

Construction notice: Smith Creek Reserve is a growing resort community currently under development. You may experience construction noise and see vehicles during your visit. The home is well insulated to help minimize disturbances, but this is outside of our control. Prices have been discounted to reflect this, and refunds will not be provided due to construction.
Amenity availability: We work hard to keep amenities in working order, though occasional issues can occur. Refunds are not available for non-working amenities; our team will work to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. Resort schedules vary by season, water features are weather-dependent, and hours may change for maintenance or events. Pickleball and mini golf are typically available year-round.
A starter pack includes a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, travel-size toiletries, linens, towels, sheets, quilts, and extra blankets.
For privacy, the camera feature on the Amazon Echo Show digital welcome guide is disabled. One exterior security camera is located at the front entrance for guest safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.
Christmas décor is displayed from December 1 through December 31.
