Nestled within a complex of six independent villas, each with private pools and separate amenities, this welcoming villa offers a unique gateway to Cretan life. Just 3km from the sandy beaches of Geropotamos and the charming village of Panormo, enjoy seaside relaxation, traditional tavernas, and local shops – or explore nearby walking trails through the olive groves.

Dimokritos Villa III welcomes you with a 200m² outdoor space designed for leisure and relaxation. The 35m² private pool (1.5m depth, non-heated) includes a shallow children’s section (0.4m depth) and is framed by sun loungers and umbrellas for uninterrupted enjoyment under the Cretan sun. Fire up the charcoal BBQ and gather at the shaded dining area for open-air feasts and long evening conversations. Kids will love the garden swing and lawn-covered play space — perfect for carefree play and games under the trees.

Blending comfort and function, the 100m² villa features two floors of thoughtfully designed interiors to accommodate up to 8 guests. Modern furnishings, open-plan living spaces, and abundant natural light create a cosy, family-friendly atmosphere.
