Book an adventurous night under the midnight sun in our heated vintage van, a truly unique experience!
The van is fitted with a double bed and a small sundeck.
Organic breakfast included.
Traditional Icelandic dinner menu with organic ingredients.
The van is a basic accommodation and does not provide luxury but you get privacy and a beautiful view to the valley and you can see the sun setting in the fjord. There is room for one or two persons, with a comfortable bed (120 cm wide) and space for sitting. A heater and lights make the night comfortable. Outside the van is a small deck where you can enjoy the view. Econoline has taken us on adventures in all of Iceland trough icy rivers and snowstorms as well as along the beautiful coastline. When you stay in the van for a night you might hear some of it´s amazing stories.
Our organic breakfast is included. Among other things, we offer homemade bread, variety of homemade jam and Icelandic herbal tea, handpicked on site. All made in our own kitchen with organic ingredients.
You can book dinner in our small restaurant. There you can taste traditional Icelandic dinner all made from organic ingredients, served with organic salad from our greenhouse.
Free parking is available
Towels and bed linen are provided, all made from organic cotton
Take a little time out from your travels and spend time in Arnarnes, some say it has the most beautiful sunset in all of Eyjafjörður fjord. We are located 24km north of Akureyri, right on the Fjord.
A small lake, a beach and small woods are a part of the area. You can go for walks and learn about all the birds nesting here and in spring you can go fishing. On sunny days there is a big sundeck waiting for you to relax.
There are no animals on the farm except one cat who lives outside.
Interaction with guests
If there is anything I can help you with, don't hesitate to ask. I'm always around.

I have lived in the area almost all my life, so I can provide you with a lot of insider information. 15 years ago my husband and I quit farming. I have studied Natural Healing and Aromatherapie. My Healingroom is here on the Farm, so if you feel like it, you can book a treatment.
I speak Icelandic and English, my English writing is not so good yet, so please excuse.
