The space
We have renovated Goedleven16 with a lot of respect.
Not to change it, but to make visible what was already there.
It is not a large cottage.
It is a cottage that creates proximity.
As a quiet retreat, Goedleven16 is aimed at guests from the age of 13.
No place for rush. No place for to-do lists.
Instead, a house that invites you to switch off, take a deeper breath, and start the day in peace.

Accommodates up to 4 adults. 3 double bedrooms.
We want you to feel at home here.
That's why we consciously chose a maximum of four guests – for more peace, space and privacy.
In the garden there is a small pippowagon with sleeping space for two people, which can be booked on request in the summer months.
The Pippowagon is intended as an additional sleeping option within the maximum occupancy of four guests and does not expand the capacity of the house.

Located on the ground floor, with freestanding bathtub and direct access to the garden.
A serene room with lots of light and an open view of the countryside.
Made for slow mornings and quiet evenings.
Wabi Sabi Suite.
Under the old wooden beams in the attic.
Quiet colors, natural materials and a wide view of the garden and village road.

Rust Lover Suite.
Located in the attic.
Warm earth tones and a view over the fields.
Quiet. Sure. Earth. A place to start the day rested.
Bathrooms.
The bathroom is located at the ground floor.
Small, nice and with a lot of love for detail.
"Oud-Hollandse Witjes" tiles and a well-cut shower make the daily routine a quiet moment.
Garden.
A lively garden with many small corners.
Seating in sun and shade.
A place to read, barbecue or just to be outside.
Or just to unwind.
In the garden is also the Pippowagon – a small, separate retreat, reduced and simple.
For a night under the stars or as a quiet workspace.
Without private bathroom or toilet – use is through the main house.
Bookable upon request at an additional cost (summer months).

Goedleven16 is located in the southernmost part of Zeeland, in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, near the Belgian border.
A further, quiet place – characterized by wind, fields and vastness.
You can reach the beaches in about 20 minutes.
Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp are ideal for a day trip.

Maximum of 4 guests.
For more peace. More space. And a slower pace.
We only welcome guests from the age of 13.
For security and amenities reasons, no exceptions are possible.
Guest access
During your stay, the house and the garden will be exclusively at your disposal.
Other things to note
A few important things to note before booking.
Our house is located in a small, quiet village with friendly neighbors.
We care about harmonious interaction. We therefore ask you to be considerate and refrain from loud music during your stay.
As with many old houses, the ceilings are a bit lower in some places – including in the bathroom.
Taller guests should be careful here and there.
Dogs.
Small dogs (max. 5 kg) are welcome upon prior arrangement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate puppies.
There is an additional cleaning fee of €60 per stay for a dog.
Please mention the dog when submitting the request to book.
Children & babies.
Our house is designed as a quiet retreat and is not suitable for babies or young children.
The high-quality, in some cases delicate, furnishings and the open-plan layout are not designed for this.
That's why Goedleven16 is designed for guests aged 13 and older. Unfortunately, exceptions are not possible.
City tax.
Tourist tax is €2.55 per person per day and is not included in the Airbnb price.
You can pay for it upon arrival.
Cleaning.
The cleaning fee includes bed linens and towels (one towel per person).
You can find all other information in the Welcome Book, which you will receive about one week before your arrival.
