The Space

This awesome, beautiful railroad apartment just 3 blocks to the Lorimer L train stop is all yours. Spacious, quiet, completely furnished, wifi, air conditioning, all utilities and linens included. Private roof access with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn and Queens. The master bedroom has an empty closet and a full sized bed, and the smaller bedroom has a full sized loft bed and empty armoire. There are separate entrances on either side of the apartment, so there is privacy. Lots of light, supermarket, laundromat, bars, coffee shops and restaurants very close, and only a 10 minute walk to the popular Bedford stop where it's all happening.

It takes under 8 minutes by train to get to the East Village in Manhattan or Union Square. The apartment includes two loving and delightful adult cats, who (if you are cool with cats), you will surely love and are cool and charming dudes.

  • Angela is really an easy going person (email hidden), along with her two lovely cats, Bacon and Mister Professor.
We stayed 8 nights in this beautiful neighbourhood like it was home. The location is really convenient, near the Sub, near Manhattan, and most of all in the beautiful city of Brooklyn. The evenings on the rooftop with a view on the Manhattan skyline were really nice moments.
We recommend it (website hidden) regards,

  • We stayed 3 friends of us in Angela's place and enjoyed the laid back neighbourhood and super convenient subway connection into manhattan . Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Nice Brooklyn appartement to enjoy some great NYC days but you should really like cats a lot ;) Jana

  • Angela was incredibly hospitable and her apartment was the perfect spot for me and four friends who stayed for a long weekend. She made us feel right at home and we loved Bacon and The Professor!

  • Stayed at Angela's for a short weekend, the apartment is nice and the two cats are really friendly. Great location, just three blocks away from the subway --L straight to Manhattan--, great neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and restaurants ( had a good pizza and yummy lebanese food just around the corner). Angela has been very flexible and always answering our messages. We had a great stay!

  • Fun place to stay, conveniently located close to several subway/train stations. Angela was very flexible with our arrival departure time and her cats were a lot of fun.

  • My girlfriend and I had such an amazing time (email hidden) with her two lovely cats. The apartment was bigger then we expected. Not that we (email hidden). Anyway.
The place was clean and cosy, also really close to great coffeeshops and other things.
The main thing about Angelas place is that its really close to the subway, the L-line and that line is really good. There are not alot of delays and it gets you really quickly to manhattan and other places.

Also Angela was super nice and helpfull and a really easy going person.

I highly reccomend Angelas place to anyone.

Thanks again Angela for letting us (email hidden)

  • Angela was very pleasant and accommodating about getting the keys off her. The apartment is clean and in a great location, very near the subway.

  • Angela's place was the perfect place to stay to have easy access to the best parts New York. The subway station just a few block away, is in a line right into Manhattan or Queens. Getting to all the art museums was simple and efficient. The space itself was clean and had great character. Way better then staying in a hotel.

Angela was great about communicating with me about any details and getting he booking arranged and made herself available to any questions that arose during our stay. It was also great to come home at night and watch Apple TV just to unwind. All around, this was the best way to stay in New York. Also there is a great bagel place not too far away with a really awesome spinach bagel and sundries tomato cream cheese. Thanks Angela.

  • Place was a lot bigger than expected! Conveniently located near subway so it was easy to visit other areas of Brooklyn, and was walking distance to a large variety of restaurants and bars. Cats were also very friendly, thanks Angela!

  • Angela's place was absolutely brilliant! It's located probably the best part of Brooklyn, but you can be in Manhattan in 15 minutes too. The apartment is nice and clean, and she has two supercute cats :-) Angela is an amazing host, everything was fine, so I can only recommend her place. If we'll be back in NYC, I'm sure I'll book her place again! All the best Angela!!!

About
I am cheerful and busy and love to share my place with others. I have two cats, Bacon and The Professor, and they are great dudes and very cool cats. I love to go out with friends and see shows (music, theater or dance), but am pretty quiet when I'm home because I have my own dance company and I am often organizing rehearsals or booking shows/performances. I think my house is very serene and lovely and a little quirky.
